Buttered Cat Paradox.... :D

I was at Quiz Trac this year and the event was awesome. My brother won a cool 5000 bucks and we were celebrating. There was this one question in the finals that really fascinated me. It was about Murphy's law and that the bread always fell the butter side down. I didn't know anything about the law then and felt it was real cool. Back home I started researching it and found all about it. But then, I also found this:

The Buttered cat paradox!

Now this, is absolutely brilliant.... Cats fall on their feet and the bread falls the butter side down. So tie a bread with the butter facing up onto the back of the cat and drop it from a height. Each tries to land and hence start rotating. This goes on forever, thus creating perpetual motion.

There are a lot of funny videos on this in youtube. Now this is TRUE SCIENCE, but they don't teach these in school....Boo.

I still have a laugh at these.....

Well, I have a blog that's been wasted all along till date, but i've decided to start writing. I'll start with something that "has" to be published. All these are memories that're still fresh in ma mind.

This happened when i was in eleventh, just stepping into the world with hopes and dreams. All those great feelings lasted about a week after which the teachers started bullying us with some hell of lessons. There was a particularly annoying maths mam, who had this great talent of being able to keep talking without a break for the entire 40 mins. The tragedy was that there used to be two consecutive maths classes and then she would do 80 at a streach. At one such extremely boring class, hardly two or three guys were listening to her sermon(she was in great form, when we were nearing 60 mins), Prasanna, sitting(or rather dozing) suddenly looked at me and Shanta and came up with that good old dialogue, "Yaaru petha pullaiyo!!! Thaniya ninthu kathikitriku!!!".....

Then there was this other great incident in the same 11th. We were supposed to have a much awaited free hour, when the same old maths mam walked in and said she'd take class!!!!!
Almost everyone started mumbling and protesting when Prasanna turned to me (and Shanta) and came up with this......"Tharantha veetla naai pukuntha maari, ulla vanthuruchu?"
